Social Media/ Marketing Coordinator

Join one of the leading talent agencies in Australia as our newest rockstar Social Media/Marketing Coordinator to help out our stretched marketing team! This role can be remote and open to part time or full time, including flexible work hours, but you will need to have set working days as agreed. You will report directly into the Managing Director & work with a small global team. READ THIS ENTIRE JOB POST. Attention to detail is critical.

What your role will look like day to day:

• Working with the CEO to rewrite our digital marketing strategy
• Conceptualising fun and engaging content for social media
• Coordinating with SEO specialists, blog writers, graphic designers, and web developers to streamline marketing initiatives
• Writing, proofreading, and revising marketing collateral
• Scheduling posts and managing the company’s Facebook and Instagram accounts
• Creating and sending eDMs
• Responding to messages and emails from time to time
• Opportunity to send out press releases and look for PR opportunities if required

Who are we looking for?

• You will have at least 3 years experience in multi-channel digital marketing:
• Experience in handling Facebook and Instagram for business
• Experience collaborating with a team of remote and culturally diverse people
• Content marketing experience
• eDM marketing experience
• Proficient English written and oral communication skills, including strong copywriting skills
• You know how to create and curate social media content
• You’re knowledgeable in content marketing, social media management, and influencer marketing
• You take pride in the work you do, down to the smallest detail and have an obsession with the overall customer experience
• You have the ability to have fun and just be yourself, be respectful of everyone’s views and opinions
• Background in PR is a big plus! Would be great but not essential
• Knowledge in Google analytics is also highly favorable.
