
Media Buyer/ Account Executive

Our client, Veicolo Agency, brings world-class digital growth strategies to the luxury and fashion eCommerce world. We are seeking an ambitious, senior-level Media Buyer/ Account Executive to join their team this April. This isn’t just a role for someone who can "run ads" - we need a strategic architect who understands the intersection of data, creative performance, and client relationships. What success looks like
- Ownership: You move toward 80-90% autonomy, taking full ownership of your accounts and bringing proactive solutions to the table before they even become problems.
- Profitability & scale: You consistently hit budget goals and maintain healthy profitability while managing monthly spends upwards of $100,000+.
- Creative synergy: You don't just analyze numbers; you collaborate with the design team to iterate on "performance creative" that actually converts.
- Client communication: As a client-facing lead for the U.S. market, you provide clear, confident updates that foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Core responsibilities
- Meta/Facebook mastery: Lead the strategy and execution of high-spend paid social campaigns (experience with TikTok, Google, or Pinterest is a major plus).
- Full-funnel management: Oversee the entire digital strategy including content, branding, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and LTV generation.
- Data-driven insights: Analyze Shopify and ad platform data to provide weekly and monthly deep dives, turning raw numbers into actionable growth plans.
- Creative strategy: Partner with the design team to strategize ad concepts and execute campaigns across various brand voices.
- Client relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for the US-based clients, managing project requirements and building detailed plans to monitor progress.
- Process building: Simultaneously help create structure and build back-end processes to improve agency efficiency as we scale.
What you bring to the table
- Extensive agency experience: You have a proven track record of managing multiple clients in a fast-paced agency environment.
- eCommerce expertise: You live and breathe Shopify and have a deep understanding of what makes an online brand successful.
- Performance creative mindset: You understand that winning in 2026 is about more than just button-clicking; it’s about the creative strategy.
- Fluent English & communication: Near-native fluency is a must for managing our U.S. client base.
- Regional preference: Ideally located in Europe or LATAM, though we are open to any "rockstar" who can sync with U.S. working hours.
- Fashion experience (Plus): Experience with women’s luxury or fashion products is a significant advantage.
