Senior SMM Manager

Our team is currently looking for a Senior SMM Manager who knows how to manage projects, promote business using social media, sell ideas and motivate the team for results.

What our Senior SMM Manager is responsible for:

- Market and audience analysis;
- Building a strategy for our brand pages in social networks;
- Preparation of content plan;
- Cooperation with the internal team to generate content for social networks, involving contractors if necessary;
- Maintenance of social media pages in English (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest) and communication with the community;
- Development, launch and management of campaigns and contests to promote the company's brands, cooperation with bloggers and influencers;
- Generation, analysis of data and preparation of reports;
- Management of budgets for SMM activity.

Our ideal Senior SMM Manager:

- Has experience in the position of Senior SMM Manager/Head of SMM Dep from 3 years;
- Has a deep understanding of social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and especially in the aspects of advertising, branding and audience;
- Managed projects and campaigns;
- Knows English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;
- Has experience working with photo and video editors;
- Creative, bold, has interesting and innovative ideas;
- Skilled communicator, leader, knows how to motivate and manage teams.
