🟣 What will you be responsible for?

• end-to-end ownership for at least one chosen project of our current clients,
• creating and managing a digital funnel strategy creation for belonging project,
• team management of belonging projects and supervising it to deliver expected results on time,
• diving deeper into digital marketing, which mainly includes conversion and marketing automation (be ready for not only project management but also hands on work!)
• optimizing the digital campaigns conversion rate of belonging project,
• working on project management tools like ClickUp - it will be your new best friend,
• optimizing team & project efficiency, so expected results will be delivered in a smooth and fast way,
• running the meetings with clients and the team (which includes both internal and external members),
• preparing reports, recommendations and estimations for both clients and your team,
• being a true team player and inspiring your colleagues to fight for constant improvement.
  

🟡 That’s Why You Should

• have at least 2 years of hands on experience in the field of digital marketing (especially with B2C business and e-commerces),
• have a working knowledge about digital marketing and understanding specification of each marketing specialization (you will work with different experts),
• have an excellent project management skills and experience with managing a fully remote teams,
• understand the digital sales funnel 3.0 and how to create each of its’ elements,
• have a hands on experience with multiple project management tools and methods (currently we use Click Up),
• feel confident when working on marketing conversion and optimizations,
• have a previous experience (or working knowledge) with marketing automation tools,
• know differences between campaigns types, their metrics and where and when they should be used within the funnel,
• be ready and know how to prepare readable and useful reports and recommendations,
• speak Polish and English on very good level and be located in EU,
• have a growth-hacking approach to get things done and well organized,
• be excited about getting your hands dirty by diving into the unknown,
• be a go-getter person with an attitude for scaling, innovation and quality deliverables.
  

🔵 You’ll Get An Extra Points For

• being a PRO user of: ClickUp (or other advanced PM tool), Airship, HubSpot, GA 4, Miro, Supermetrics,
• having a previous experience with working in marketing agency (with projects for e-commerce brands)
• previous experience with digital marketing for mobile apps (especially for food industry)
• being a PRO creator of: templates and processes (especially creating them from the scratch)
• experience and knowledge about AI tools
• sales skills (you make clients fell in love with results you deliver them with your team)

• base monthly salary between 10 000 - 14000 PLN gross (UoP) or 11 000 - 16 000 PLN net (B2B),
