As a rapidly growing international startup we are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in the Americas region. The successful candidate will be 100% responsible for identifying, developing, negotiating, signing, and activating new enterprise business primarily based in the Americas region with global Payments and FX needs, with a focus on US based business, but also LatAm. If you have deep industry connections in our main industries and knowledge of payments and the global payments ecosystem you will be set up for success. This person will need to understand payment technology stacks accompanied by an understanding of international payment types both inflow (Card, Virtual Accounts, Local, APMs, etc.) and disbursement (FX, Mass Payments, Cards, etc.) of funds. Our clients are globally operating enterprises, platforms, and multinationals in various industries such as, logistics, accounting, gig economy, payroll, e-commerce, import/export, real estate, travel, and more. A strong acumen for closing complex deal cycles and contracts is necessary. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed sales targets
  • Identify current and new MidMarket to Global Multinationals prospects that can benefit from Rapyd's solution set
  • Hunt every day by constantly networking and sourcing your own leads and selling to new people every day
  • Conduct sales presentations that speak to the client's needs and deliver Rapyd's product capabilities to form a solution to meet client needs and drive revenue
  • Produce detailed needs assessments for prospects focusing on their international payment business needs and strategic priorities, create the flow of funds, initial solutions outlines, and pricing
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance data to improve decisions about sales activities, strategy, and tactics
  • Negotiate and close deals, including complex pricing contract terms, working with our Compliance, Legal, Network and Finance departments to ensure efficient deal processing.
  • Produce new Net revenue each month and beat sales targets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of enterprise payments experience in sales for global multinational businesses and target vertical industry knowledge and contacts
  • A professional salesperson with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas
  • A strong Sales Hunter who enjoys prospecting and drives net new sales in a competitive payments technology environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving startup organization environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Must have a passion for forward-facing client involvement
  • Experience managing large complex enterprise relationships and driving internal groups
  • Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances client understanding of the enterprise
  • Leads by example with professionalism, organization, high energy, an internal locus of control, quick relationship building, strong sales closing acumen, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work extended hours, attend local evening events weekly, travel regionally monthly for 1-5 days at a time, and up to 40% overall

This position can be located in: CA, FL, CO, CT, NC, NY.

This role includes base salary plus competitive commission pay. The approximate base compensation for the role: $110,000- 145,000. In addition to base and commission pay, you will be eligible to receive Stock Options, Health and Financial Wellness benefits, Unlimited PTO and other benefits as part of the compensation package. However, a final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, candidate profile, job related-knowledge and skills.
