At Prismic, we are building the next innovation beyond headless CMSs — a Headless Website Builder used by thousands of companies around the world. Creative developers use Prismic to build modern websites and make them easily editable by marketing teams.

After four years of building a profitable company attracting more than 5,000 paying clients and 130+ Enterprise accounts such as AXA, Digital Ocean, Deliveroo, or TicketMaster without any external funding, we’ve decided to get some VC funding to turn our innovation into a global movement. We want to create the go-to workflow for web development.
Role:
We’re looking for our first RevOps hire to join our Revenue team to work closely alongside Sales, Customer Success and Partnership leadership to help us shape our GTM strategy to drive Prismic’s next chapter of revenue growth.
This is a unique opportunity to help build critical go-to-market foundations and comes with significant ownership over high-impact decisions, the execution of key processes, and putting tooling and workflows in place. What you’ll be doing:
– Deliver strategic insights, analytics, and recommend improvements to the Revenue team operations.
– Drive alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Partnership, and more to ensure consistency in operational strategy, communications, and execution across pipeline creation, implementation, and upsell/cross-sell.
– Implement, own and document new sales systems, processes, automation and strategies.
– Create dashboards, monitor revenue metrics, and understand how they perform against our goals.
– Own the tools of the team: architecture, organization, processes around them and team training.
– Be responsible for data hygiene, data accuracy, data enrichment and data administration of the tools.
– Serve as a thought partner for Revenue leadership, focusing on analytics and processes to support the growth and scale of the Revenue organization.
Are you the one? 🧠
– 3+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations at a high-growth startup.
– Proven experience acting as a liaison between a variety of departments and stakeholders.
– Ability to track metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze them, and turn them into actionable strategies.
– Have a deep knowledge of CRM software and its administration; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
– Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and product-led motions.
– Experience working for a company in our current stage and through its growth ($5-$20M ARR range, product-led growth, lots of change, and building internal structure).
– Entrepreneurial mindset and looking to self-start a department on your own.
