  • Improve the merchant and shopper experience with beautiful and functional designs for new features, existing feature improvements, and overall design direction
  • Work cross-functionally (in and outside of the product team) to create innovative features
  • Direct user interviews with customers
  • Understand business and technical needs
  • Use research and data to inform and implement solutions
  • Identify key opportunities to meet and prioritize user and business needs
  • Create and iterate on solutions that are inspired by a deep empathy for our users
  • Develop and maintain detailed design patterns that scale

What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years of design experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment (preferably SaaS)
  • 3+ years of management experience leading a product design team
  • Proficiency with current industry design tools (Figma)
  • A thorough understanding of the end-to-end iterative design process including research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity mockups
  • A portfolio of recent work highlighting the user experience process
  • Experience leading design sessions
