Partner Manager

Description

Our philosophy for partnerships is that they must create value for our customers, other partners, and our company. We drive business with and through our partners by working closely together for the benefit of all. The channel team serves to educate and enable our partners to represent, sell and in some cases implement Elevar solutions.

This role focuses on three primary areas in order to develop a thriving partner ecosystem:

  • Grow - Grow partnerships in strength and number by creating value and building multi-threaded relationships within qualified organizations
  • Convert - Convert partner referrals into revenue
  • Retain - Retain partners through a meaningful partner relationship, joint business development, and education and enablement

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the end-to-end partner relationship:
  • Continually identify ideal partner prospects that align with Elevar’s vision, values, and goals to increase the opportunity pipeline and drive revenue growth
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans that align with Elevar product and sales goals to drive partner-sourced pipeline and contribute to overall lead and revenue goals of Elevar
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all (assigned) partner inquiries and communications
  • Manage the partner onboarding process
  • Manage partner opportunity registration and CRM of partner pipeline
  • Report on partner productivity including: lead pipeline, and lead generation activities for assigned partners
  • Collaborate with Elevar marketing and product teams to drive programs that grow revenue
  • Help partners reach, sell, and serve their customers with Elevar products and services
  • Contribute to partner communication activities such as newsletters, social engagement, and webinars
  • Build a solid understanding of Elevar products and strategy in order to engage partners and help them succeed in selling Elevar

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience as an alliance/partner manager at a SaaS company or similar sales experience
  • Excellence in communication, collaboration, and must be service-minded
  • Thrives in an environment that encourages entrepreneurial spirit and being a self-starter
  • Track record of success building partnerships that deliver proven value to the business (nice to have)
  • Comfortable working remotely (we are a remote first company)
  • BS/BA degree required
