BellaVix is a marketplace management company focused on scaling established consumer brands and growing on the worlds largest marketplaces. We seek an experienced Amazon Marketplace Specialist to execute custom strategies and ongoing support for our partners.

Expectations

A successful candidate will have a proven track record in the following areas:

  • Following written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • A fundamental understanding of marketplace management
  • Familiarity with time tracking software
  • Experience working in remote teams
  • Familiarity with using task management systems
  • A perpetual learner
  • Ability to prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

As a Marketplace Specialist, you will be in charge of various tasks associated with selling on large marketplaces. Your responsibilities involve but are not limited to:

  • Reporting, daily/weekly/monthly
  • Create listings and catalog management
  • Perform ongoing split testing, reporting, and optimization of our partners catalog optimization via flat files
  • Update A+, storefronts, and images
  • Manage/report Inventory
  • Open cases with Support/get on the phone to resolve listing suppressions or any other major issue
  • Maintain customer service of accounts
  • Execute promotion

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Marketplace experience
  • Pulling & entering data
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Organization skills
  • Team player
  • Can take direction and provide direction as well
  • Ability to adjust to the ever-changing digital marketplaces
  • Desire to test and learn new tools and technologies
