Job Description
Our fast-growing marketing agency is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee the management of our ecommerce clients. As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of our agency's ecommerce marketing efforts and for building strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the agency's e-commerce marketing team and manage day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for e-commerce clients
- Ensure that client campaigns are effectively executed and meet performance targets
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a point of contact for all communications
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the agency and clients
- Ensure that the agency is up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Hire, train, and manage a team of marketing professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing
- Proven success in managing marketing campaigns for e-commerce clients
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques
- Experience with project management and budgeting
