Position Overview:

Bulletproof is looking for an Ecommerce Manager who is customer-centric, analytical, detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of the intricacies of the conversion funnel, and is dedicated to raising the bar through structured A/B testing. The Ecommerce Manager requires someone who is a cross functional thoughtful leader focused on the execution of monthly site activations and promotional strategy; and, someone that can analyze results to provide future recommendations to the broader cross functional Bulletproof team. Conversion rate optimization is essential to marketing performance and can magnify our paid marketing budget. The Ecommerce Manager is tasked with leading continuous improvement efforts of the Bulletproof.com conversion rate. Additionally, the Ecommerce Manager will leverage various Bulletproof.com site functions for upselling, sampling, and/or promotions – both while consumers are shopping the site as-well-as during the cart checkout process. Beyond execution, the ideal candidate will have a strong agile mindset and thrive on taking on new opportunities; including, leading certain programs, thought leadership, and special ecommerce growth-oriented projects. This role is a key member of the ecommerce team and drives results for the overall performance of Bulletproof.com.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, develop, and implement A/B tests on the conversion funnel to increase conversion rate and revenue for Bulletproof.com
  • Lead the development of a testing roadmap and A/B experimentation framework, execute tests against the roadmap, and report on experiment results
  • Analyze and monitor conversion funnel metrics and build KPI reports with large sets of data to identify trends, efficiencies, and opportunities that can help reduce funnel drop-off
  • Collaborate with the broader Bulletproof team on testing strategy, offers, sales, landing page design, and other growth initiatives to ultimately align on site priorities driving results and achieving growth goals
  • Analyze growth metrics, such as offers and sales, to highlight trends and opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally to ideate and execute new landing page and conversion funnel tests
  • Help to manage, build, test, and optimize landing pages for use across all marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience helping manage the conversion funnel (from strategy to execution) with demonstrated experience increasing conversion rate, revenue, and downstream metrics through A/B testing each step of the conversion funnel
  • Experience with a high-growth subscription business preferred
  • Experience developing, structuring, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on tests
  • Believe in a cycle of iterating, testing, implementing - the build, measure, learn feedback loop - and graduating the findings of these tests to our core strategy
  • Customer-centric — you understand our customer, from data analysis to market research to customer testing, and represent them in your work
  • Are thoughtful about each step of the funnel, using data and design as approaches to drive conversions
  • Positive, flexible, detail-oriented, and well organized to thrive in a fast-moving environment and meet challenging deadlines
  • Passionate about data, analysis, and reporting to find efficiencies at a granular level, as well as to take a step back and identify trends and insights to capitalize on
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with data visualization tools
  • Demonstrated experience working with distributed teams a plus.
  • Knowledge of Asana or other project management software, Ecommerce marketing, and/ or Google Analytics a plus.

Annual base salary gross: $115,000 to $130,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other benefits include performance bonus program, generous time-off, flexible schedules, comprehensive health insurance (several options to choose from), 401k program with company match, paid parental leave, company paid disability insurance, and bulletproof.com store discount & credit.
