About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, Director of Marketing to join our growing Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Director of Marketing Communications will be responsible for leading and implementing the Enterprise business unit’s marketing communications strategies to support business objectives. This role will oversee a team of marketing professionals that are executing marketing campaigns, public relations, social media, and other promotional programs to drive demand and awareness of the Pacvue product. The ideal candidate is extremely analytical, detail-oriented, and is strategic with their product positioning approach. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task, prioritize projects, and roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Responsibilities:
- Oversees the creation and execution of marketing communications and strategy for a Pacvue in order to reach enterprise target audience.
- Drive distribution and consumption of content for both existing clients and new prospects to generate demand.
- Creates sub-objectives that will optimize their team's ability to contribute towards achieving the company’s revenue goals, new pipeline and product adoption.
- Provides guidance and direction to direct reports on the creation of processes, procedures, and tactics to achieve sub-objectives.
- Develops thought leadership content strategy for brand awareness and authority, to be used as foundational direction for marketing campaigns.
- Oversees strategy and execution behind public relations and internal communications, including the evaluation and management of third-party PR firms.
- Reports to executive stakeholders on the performance and success of marketing campaigns to help achieve both revenue and brand performance goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals by providing regular feedback and coaching that drives their performance and growth.
- Ensure that all marketing communications adhere to Pacvue’s brand guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience marketing to e-commerce or retail industry audiences, as well as B2B enterprise marketing.
- 3+ years experience managing, guiding, and mentoring small teams.
- Ability to craft large scale, cross-product marketing strategies to address current business conditions.
- Confident in communicating technical value propositions and distilling them into audience specific talking points.
- Ability to discern content performance and engagement trends to replicate results.
- Experienced in using HubSpot to track and report on marketing campaign analytics.
- Well versed in Google Analytics to track and report on website traffic related to performance.
- Proficient in summarizing and delivering performance metrics and results for executive level audiences.
- Skilled at utilizing team metrics from disparate data points to forecast and proactively address potential business and/or team challenges.
- Skilled in providing technical and managerial feedback to direct and indirect reports to empower them to successfully execute their job duties.
- Ability to create sub-objectives that align with greater business unit objectives and optimize the division's output given current and forecasted challenges and opportunities.
- Ability to craft, revise and abide by project plans with divisions of responsibilities and set milestone deadlines to keep internal cross-functional teams and external vendors accountable to timelines and goals.
- Understands the nuance and details around Enterprise products to incorporate into marketing strategies.
- Participates in and keeps up to date with industry direction and trends to ensure target audiences are reached in marketing and PR campaigns.
- Knowledgeable in best practices around content marketing, product marketing and lead generation.
