Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Reporting To: Fulfillment Operations Manager
Preferred Location: Pakistan
Scope of Work Overview:
Reporting to the Fulfillment Operations Manager, this role will have a unique window into all elements of operating, executing, and developing strategic components across a variety of global supply chains within Foundry's diverse portfolio of brands. The primary objective of this role is to support all elements of Foundry's operations organization – from procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and analytics. You will be a great fit for this role if you enjoy being considered a "jack of all trades" and have the ability to problem-solve unique situations or issues across a supply chain organization.
Responsibilities:
Analytics & Operations Performance Management: Foundry is devoted to making data/metric-based decisions throughout its supply chain. You will be responsible for baselining key performance metrics across Foundry's supply chain and portfolio of brands to understand current performance to further enhance existing operations. You will improve supply chain analytics visibility which will be used for key decision-making both within the supply chain organization and in other functional areas.
Fulfillment and Amazon FBA Optimization: Drive optimization efforts across our distribution and logistics partners, develop SOPs that scale across Foundry's portfolio, and drive coordination across Foundry's supply chain team on quality, inventory receipt confirmation, and processes related to our fulfillment strategy. You will also be responsible for driving optimization within Amazon FBA inventory management, inclusive of returns processing and liquidations.
Distribution and Logistics: In partnership with both our last mile and global mile logistics teams, as well as our fulfillment operations team, ensure high-efficiency distribution via SPD, LTL, FTL modes of transportation. Optimize for cost, speed, load balance across Foundry's network of service providers.
Product Cost Management: You will be responsible for analyzing existing products and looking for areas to optimize costs – recommending efficiencies in production, product manufacturing techniques, packaging or raw materials improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Computer Science
- Detailed understanding of Amazon FBA operations and distribution centers as well as other DTC marketplace fulfillment systems
- A supply chain "super athlete" – strong foundation in supply chain / operations concepts, intellectually curious, equipped with a problem-solving mentality
- Experience working cross-functionally and/or in matrixed organizations
- Exceptional analytical ability, highly proficient at excel
- A self starter comfortable in fast paced, highly complex supply chain environments Strong collaborator and leader with the drive for operational improvement and operational excellence
- Analytical ability to draw insights from unstructured data and provide fact-based recommendations
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma or other Process Improvement Methodology
- Proficient Excel Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and modeling
- Well organized with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical skills quickly
- Understanding of optimization and/or simulation algorithms
