The role
As a Brand Manager, you will own a selection of brands, building and implementing a high-growth strategy to take the brands to the next level. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for e-commerce and experience driving the performance of a profit and loss account. The candidate will have a strong appetite for working with data to identify levers for growth and work alongside other Brand Managers to deliver results. You will have full accountability of your brand's performance whilst looking for ways to continuously improve the current efficiencies of business operations.Your success will be based on your ability to implement strategic initiatives to prioritise levers for growth and optimisation of brand performance to deliver concrete results.
Responsibilities
- Builds and implements growth strategy for brands on Amazon, working with various stakeholders to deliver long-term results for the business
- You own your brands P&L and will partner closely with brand managers, to deliver global expansion.
- Obsess over brand performance data, investigating the number and identifying issues and solving them timeously.
- Report to the business of brand performance, verbally and written. The central point of contact for all queries on your brands
- Overview of Amazon ASIN level data (sales, conversation rate, page views, costs, etc.) to determine why certain products are trending up or down, clearly articulate observations, and propose strategies to troubleshoot problems.
- Share learnings and initiatives implemented with your brand with the wider team to expand the impact
- Develop and implement initiatives that increase sales, reduce costs and improve the conversion rate of your brands including; new product development, marketplace expansion, price optimization, advertising, packaging/product change, coupons and deals, customer communications, creatives, subscribe and save, removing unprofitable products and more.
- Manage both short and long term projects outside of day to day responsibilities that have a tangible impact on the overall business performance.
About You
- 2+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably working within the Amazon ecosystem.
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical function, taking data-led decisions and actions.
- Strong data and analytical skills: Ability to dig through data and draw conclusions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- You have a high level of organisation - keeping track of tasks and making sure they get done timeously with impeccable attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working with different types of people.
- Strong proficiency in excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Data Science or a related field

The recruitment process: At irst, you will have a 20 /30 minutes call with a member of our talent acquisition team. If the outcome is positive, you will speak to the hiring manager for a 45 minutes video interview.
