
Client Success Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Associate to help collaborate with our sales team to convert our online ecommerce leads into long-lasting clients. Your primary goal will be to consistently partner with our clients keeping them engaged, increasing retention, and driving revenue growth. You will be the face of our agency, the first point of, and go-to contact for many of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Management-level experience
- 2+ years of Amazon experience (Either being a seller or working closely with a seller)
- Ideally 1+ years of Walmart, Target, and/or Etsy seller experience
- Ideally 1+ years worked for an eCommerce SaaS company
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Highly skilled in customer support
- Knowledge of customer support processes
- Highly proficient in MSExcel or Gsheet
- High computer literacy with ability to learn new software and tools
- English proficient in verbal and written
- Customer-first attitude (active listener, patient, empathetic)
- Self-driven, proactive, problem-solver, and interpersonal skills
- Working hours: 8am - 5pm EST
