Role Overview 🚀

At Uncapped, we help ambitious founders realize their dreams. We are seeking a highly motivated BDR Manager to lead our outbound sales efforts in Europe and the US. You’ll empower the BDR team to drive sales growth by generating qualified meetings with Founders and C Suite Execs from our ICP via multi-channel outbound campaigns. You’ll use both short and long-term lens to hit our market goals, ensuring the right processes and people are in place to get there. You’ll work closely with your colleagues in the commercial function and product teams to create and support systems that scale and innovate.

We provide lending volumes of between $100k and $10m without credit checks, personal guarantees, warrants, equity, or compounding interest — and make money by charging a low flat fee that is paid back from future sales revenue. What you will do ✍️

  • Scale and lead a team of high-performing BDRs
  • Track daily activities and hold your team accountable to KPIs and ambitious targets
  • Provide group training and individualised coaching to upskill your team and ensure they’re continually growing
  • Run creative experiments to maximise key outbound metrics
  • Identify inefficiencies in the outbound process and work with the Rev-Ops and Engineering teams to solve key challenges and drive results
  • Own recruitment, onboarding and professional development of the BDR team

Requirements

Who you are 👀

  • A background in Outbound sales within B2B technology/Fintech companies in Europe and the US
  • A deep understanding of best practice outbound processes and may have a tried and tested playbook you can adapt and iterate from day one
  • Previous experience building, growing and leading a high-performing BDR team
  • You lead by example and are not afraid to get your hands dirty – you enjoy running ‘power hours’ and sharing learnings from your own prospecting and outreach with your team
  • You make sound decisions based on data and are experienced with activity tracking and sales forecasting
  • You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and are not afraid to take risks or think creatively to remove bottlenecks
  • A passion for and an understanding of the E-commerce and SaaS landscape
