Affiliate Partnerships Account Manager (m/w/d) - Remote

Rapidly becoming one of the fastest growing online ecommerce services, adstrong works with 3500+ brands all over Europe. We generated over €100 million in incremental revenue for our partners.
The mission of adstrong is to help online shops, agencies, and Amazon sellers to unlock their sales potential via Google Shopping. Our award-winning Munich & Berlin-based CSS enterprise is entirely self-funded, consistently exceeds performance targets and is now looking to expand its affiliate business. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are seeking an Affiliates Partnerships Manager to develop and nurture our partner relationships. Working closely with our Head of Affiliate, you will build communication strategies to manage our entire customer portfolio, whilst being the direct contact for our key partners.

For the right person, this is a great opportunity to become the face and voice of an exciting company and deal directly with Europe's largest brands. We need your help with the following topics:

  • You are concentrating on our best performing shops, making relations to help them to maximize their income potential
  • You effectively negotiate CPO rates and budget allocations
  • You coordinate inbound communication from our partner portfolio
  • You represent adstrong at trade shows and networking events in Germany and across Europe once a month
  • You support the marketing and affiliate team in creating initiatives
  • You identify and develop new partnership opportunities, creating and pitching proposals
Desired Skills and Experience
  • You are a motivated digital marketing person with at least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ecommerce and/or PPC advertising
  • You have a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, communication or a relevant field
  • You are a charismatic, people person comfortable with networking, pitching and presenting
  • CPO, CTR, ROAS, AOV, KUR, CPC are your favorite acronyms
  • You have advanced English and German language skills (C1), additional languages are a plus!
  • You can travel for networking events and trade shows ca. once per month
  • You should be comfortable working independently. This is not the kind of job where you show up, and we tell you exactly what to do every day!
