There are 2 shifts available including from 8:00 a.m. till 2 p.m. and from 2 p.m till 8 p.m.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Corresponding with customers via chat, email and phone in accordance with company’s procedures
- Investigate & help to resolve customer complaints
- Reporting customer feedback
- Outbound contacts with customers

Requirements:
- Customer Service background is preferable, but willingness to learn and develop is more essential
- Written and spoken Russian, basic English language
- Experience of working with CRM systems. If you do not have such an experience we will provide a training
- Basic knowledge of Customer Service is essential
- Ability to work independently
