Your tasks will include:
- Interact with potential candidates on social and professional networks;
- Identify profiles of qualified candidates using various search methods;
- Develop new search channels for future recruitment needs;
- Maintain a database of candidates;
- Communicate with candidates, organize interviews;
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and work cooperatively with them.
