Join us at Topsort, a dynamic and innovative Series A startup in the media space that is democratizing the secret of profitable and delightful Google and Amazon style advertising via simple, auction-based products that leverages newest technology in machine learning.

With a vision to redefine media consumption, we're on our way to becoming the next big thing in the digital landscape, akin to early Google. We are seeking for an HR Manager to be at the forefront of this exciting journey.

Key Responsibilities

Craft a recruiting and employee experience that exudes warmth and care

  • Recruiting and New hire onboarding - background checks, culture orientation, benefits overview, compliance checks, ensure all new employees feel included and have the tools and resources they need to excel at Topsort
  • Act as the initial point of contact for employees on questions related to (but not limited to!) benefits, compensation, leave of absences, accommodation requests, etc and report directly to CEO
  • Build and lead the HR function at Topsort as we scale from a <50 people Seed / Series A organization to beyond

  • Help us not lose the startup soul as we scale through highs and lows and also expand our remote operation with a hybrid and global footprint

  • What We Expect From You

    • 5+ years of HR experience in fields such as process and operations, employee relations, cross-functional partnership with leaders, and exposure to diversity/inclusion initiatives
    • Having scaled an organization and helped set up operations
    • Love connecting with employees and have proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
    • Highly adaptable, organized person, able to work autonomously, and will thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
    • Growth mindset, self-starter, embody the Topsort culture
    • Effective, empathetic, clear written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Bonus point if you speak multiple language / worked with multi-cultural teams, are entrepreneurial, surprised yourself that you ended up in HR!
