HR and Operations Manager

We are making accessible the once most exclusive monetization technology behind some of tech's biggest success. We are a remote-first team of doers, execute with speed, focus and precision. We meet twice a year in person at offsites, or more, and embraces the growth mentality. What this role looks like:

  • Managing the HR details of the global and remote team, including Payroll, Benefits;
  • Fluent in HR softwares such as Rippling and Buk or willingness to learn;
  • Build out the HR tech stack;
  • You'll lead the Operations team, and have junior team members reporting to you;
  • Manage communications around onboarding, recruiting, team activities, reimbursement, and holidays.
  • Create a lot of team activities, such as team dinners, online events or in person offsites
  • Maintain a high level of work ethic and integrity, strong EQ and IQ.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of HR experience in fields such as process and operations, employee relations, cross-functional partnership with leaders, and exposure to diversity/inclusion initiatives
  • Having scaled an organization and helped set up operations
  • Love connecting with employees and have proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Highly adaptable, organized person, able to work autonomously, and will thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset, self-starter, embody the Topsort culture
  • Effective, empathetic, clear written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bonus point if you speak multiple langugage or can travel
