About the Company
We are a 12-year-old e-commerce company based in Texas, USA. We manufacture, import, and sell a range of apparel and accessories on Amazon.com under multiple brands, including Pembrook Apparel and Doctor’s Select.
We sell specialty socks and are proud to be a market leader in many sock-related categories, shipping more than 1,000,000 orders per year.
The business is managed by an experienced and global team. You’ll work directly with our Advertising Manager and Creative Lead, with access to a dedicated design team ready to support any creative needs.
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and commercially-minded TikTok Shop specialist to take full ownership of our TikTok Shop operations and affiliate program. We’re industry leaders on Amazon, and we launched on TikTok Shop a few months ago — early results are promising, and we’re now looking for someone with real experience to come in and build on that momentum. This is a hands-on role with real creative and strategic ownership — and significant room to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow our TikTok Shop presence, owning the full sales funnel from content to conversion
- Hunt down and recruit top TikTok affiliate partners who can authentically promote our products
- Manage TikTok affiliate programs — commissions, tracking, and payouts
- Plan and execute TikTok promotions, deals, and campaigns to drive traffic and sales
- Manage our Affiliates WhatsApp group — keeping creators engaged, informed, and motivated to perform
- Develop creative collaboration ideas for UGC and affiliate videos
- Coordinate Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) shipments and inventory logistics in collaboration with our operations team
- Liaise with our TikTok account contact and execute on action points from weekly calls
- Track and report on relevant KPIs — keeping the team informed on what’s working and where to focus
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven affiliate and TikTok Shop or social media experience with strong case studies - we want to see the before and after, and the outcomes you delivered
- An understanding of TikTok culture, algorithms, and content trends - you know what actually drives sales on the platform
- Solid e-commerce knowledge; familiarity with TikTok Shop, FBT logistics, and affiliate tracking tools is a strong plus
- Analytical and creative - you can read data, spot trends, and think outside the box
- Skilled in outreach and partnership management — you keep communication and follow-ups running smoothly
- Outgoing, social, and energetic — you enjoy interaction and know how to engage and motivate others
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and operations, while managing your own workload independently
- Remote-work ready — you manage your own time, communicate clearly, and deliver results asynchronously
