The eCommerce Product Manager - WMS, IMS and Instore Technology is responsible for planning, development, integration, optimization, migrations, deployments, and maintenance of the critical systems while supporting the short and long-term execution and maturation of the product roadmap. Strategize, build and execute scalable technology solutions with tactical rollout plans, and identify automations and innovative technology solutions to support the business. Leverage Analytics to gain insights into the portfolio that will drive sales/profitability as well as identify KPI targets to measure the success of features and enhancements.

This role is for a 12 month contract and can be fully remote.

eCommerce Product Manager – WMS, IMS, and Instore Technology, Job Highlights:

• Collaborate and design a scalable fulfillment roadmap (WMS, CFS, TMS, IMS and instore picking technology) that is customer and stakeholder centric, forward looking to stay ahead of current market trends and delivers upon the overall business objectives. Identify innovations and synergies to optimize the e-commerce fulfillment network.
• Influence vendor partners’ roadmaps and collaborate with stakeholders to align WMS/CFS (warehouse management system/collaborative fulfillment system), instore technology, inventory core competencies, TMS and EDD services, intake and build scalable technology solutions, identify automations and innovative technology solutions to build a scalable roadmap that supports the overall business objectives
• Monitor and manage accurate inventory between fulfillment nodes and JDA as well as BOPIS store inventory and JDA
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Analytics to identify reporting requirements and dashboards needed to properly manage the business
• Create documentation and provide training and post release measuring/monitoring tools and reports to transition new technology to stakeholders and the Support team
• Manage agile product development to ensure solutions are scalable, a portion of every sprint is dedicated to correcting technical debt and the solution design do not create monolithic platforms and products
• Collaborate with vendor partners and Support on Production issues as they arise
  

eCommerce Product Manager - WMS, IMS and Instore Technology, Key Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• 2+ years product management experience
• 3+ years with warehouse management systems or equivalent
• 3+ years with inventory management systems or equivalent
• 2+ years with transportation management systems or equivalent
• Expertise with roadmapping, business case development and prioritization
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
• Ability to navigate large organizations and develop strong business partner and vendor relationships
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Strong stakeholder management skills from working closely with leadership across the business, technology and in store operations
• Ability to assist in triaging and root cause identification of product failures
  

eCommerce Product Manager - WMS, IMS and Instore Technology, Assets:

• PDMA, AIPMM or equivalent
• Agile certification
• Previous experience with an eCommerce ecosystem
• Previous experience with the Shopify Plus platform
• Previous experience with AS400 systems
• Previous experience with ShipHero, TechShip/TechDinamics, OMS, Alpaca instore picking technology
