We’re Looking For An: eCommerce Marketing Manager to spearhead the creation, execution, analysis, and optimization of the Amazon marketing plan for all brands associated with the company. This role will be tasked with developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance the online presence and performance of products across various Amazon brands. The role involves a comprehensive approach, from planning and execution to in-depth analysis and continuous optimization, with a focus on achieving optimal results and maximizing the impact of marketing efforts on the Amazon platform. The Manager, eCommerce Marketing will play a crucial part in driving the success of the company's Amazon marketing initiatives and ensuring a strong and competitive position within the eCommerce landscape.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee the formulation and implementation of Amazon merchandising tactics and programs, taking ownership of Brand Storefronts and Product Detail Pages to ensure the presence of Premium Content across all brands throughout the customer shopping journey.Formulate a dynamic seasonal marketing strategy for brands, ensuring the continuous refreshment of content to engage consumers effectively.Take charge of Conversion Rate Optimization, conducting A/B testing on Titles, Bullet Points, Images, and A+ Content to enhance overall performance.Develop and manage a comprehensive promotional calendar and marketing programs for all Amazon brands.Lead initiatives for customer retention, focusing on Continuity and optimizing customer repurchase rates.Conduct thorough analysis to optimize the Return on Investment (ROI) for all marketing programs. Integrate social media and public relations seamlessly into Amazon marketing efforts, incorporating Creator Connections, Amazon Posts, and Instagram Lifestyle Submissions.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $81,500 - $108,700, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
