💻 What We Want You To Do

You will be joining an organization at an exciting time of accelerated growth where you will be pivotal in developing their technical leadership environments in all aspects of business.

Operating at executive level, the role is to develop a great in-house software, communicate with the employees, build systems and strategies and ensure all the necessary technologies are used appropriately.

The goal is to provide a framework for the development of a software product (a data-driven modular dashboard) that will result in certain departments making high-quality decisions based on real-time data.

As we expand, another major responsibility will be working closely with HR in hiring a diverse range of A-player developers and other IT-related personnel.

Requirements

Your performance will be measured against these Objective Key Results (OKRs):

- Takeover and manage ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.

- Close communication and collaboration with other departments: Marketing, Media Buying, Executive Board

- You will be responsible for systemising all repeatable tasks in clear SOPs

- Responsible for discovering and implementing new technologies that yield competitive advantage

- Build quality assurance and data protection processes

- Develop functional and non-functional requirements for our new software product

- Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product

- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology workflow to coding

- Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design

- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability etc.

- Approve final product before launch

- Create the system infrastructure

- You will be responsible for working with HR to add more people to your team

🤝 You’re Perfect If You Have/Are…

- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role

- Has experience in using Agile/ Scrum methodology

- Knowledge of technological trends

- Experience in software development and coding in various languages (Javascript, Angular, React and Node)

- Experience working with API integrations and flows.

- Excellent knowledge of data visualization tools (D3.js, Recharts, Google Charts etc.)

- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

- Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture

- Great verbal and written English

- Great organization skills

- Excellent leadership skills

- Excellent digital and computers skills

- Digitally savvy (able to learn new apps and use them effectively) and have a good understanding of technical aspects

- Team player, able to take on feedback and implement it quickly to achieve greater results

- A desire for ongoing training to strengthen and learn new skills

- Good at following set structures to create SOPs for all repeatable tasks

- A natural attraction for professional and personal self development

- Proficiency with other e-Commerce apps (Skype, Hubstaff, Clickup, Shopify, etc.)

- Strong familiarity with Google Drive suite of products (Sheets, Slides, Docs etc)

⏰ Working Hours

9am - 6pm (Remote) with 1h lunch break

Working/Company Time Zone: UTC +2 (summer time)
