Spreetail is seeking a Business Automation Engineer to join our Finance team. This is an opportunity to join an exciting team who is building greenfield solutions. How you will achieve success:

• Support the business through automation and process improvement, leveraging AI Implementation, RPA, and Power Platform Tools.
• Leverage Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, and other data tools to save labor hours throughout the business.
• Ensure accuracy and sustainability of builds through defined QA processes and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with business partners on timelines and expectations.
• Execute tasks and provide overall team support in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment to meet company, division, and department goals.

What experience will help you in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Significant experience using Power Platform tools, RPA, and/or other data tools to develop automation and process improvement.
• Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• E-commerce background a plus.

This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup

Desktop/Laptop system requirements:

- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;

- at least 4GB RAM;

- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system

A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)

PC Headset

A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution
