Job Overview:

As an Engineer in our Product Development team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and optimizing our range of physical products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Designers, you will play a pivotal role in the creation, refinement, and enhancement of our product offerings. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality, eco-friendly products that resonate with consumers worldwide.



Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, technologies, and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to conceptualize and refine product ideas.
- Design and develop prototypes, considering functionality, aesthetics, and feasibility.
- Evaluate and select suitable materials, manufacturing processes, and suppliers.
- Optimize product designs for performance, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
- Create detailed product specifications, CAD models, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration.
- Lead testing and validation efforts, iterating designs based on feedback and results.
- Oversee production processes, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product development processes.
- Stay informed about industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices.




Main Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in product development for physical consumer products.
* Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other relevant tools.
* Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to design challenges.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
