Job Description
Who We Are
We are a boutique e-commerce advertising agency built on a simple principle: do excellent work, be honest about what is and isn't working, and hold ourselves to a high standard. We manage advertising for brands across Amazon, Walmart, and Chewy.
We value results, clear thinking, and strong ideas over hierarchy. If that environment appeals to you, read on.
The Role
This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role responsible for the success of a portfolio of brand clients. You will own client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding and performance reviews to communication, expectation management, issue resolution, and long-term retention.
You will turn complex data into clear insights, proactively manage expectations, and ensure clients always understand both their results and the path forward.
Key Responsibilities
Own client satisfaction, performance, and retention across your portfolio.
Lead onboarding, review, and strategy calls with brand stakeholders.
Translate PPC, catalogue, and growth metrics into clear business insights.
Set realistic expectations, timelines, and targets.
Represent the client's objectives internally across PPC, catalogue, and growth teams.
Identify and escalate risks before they become client issues.
Maintain structured communication, documentation, and project tracking.
Identify organic growth and expansion opportunities within client accounts.
What We're Looking For
We're not looking for someone who simply manages relationships. We're looking for someone who manages outcomes and uses strong relationships to achieve them.
Non-Negotiable
Hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
Strong understanding of how PPC decisions impact business performance, not just platform metrics.
Fluent in English with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Professional presence and confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders.
Full-time availability with consistent overlap across US business hours (EST/CST).
Highly Advantageous
Experience with Walmart Connect and Chewy Advertising.
Understanding of catalogue health, listing compliance, and content quality.
Familiarity with retail media growth strategies and marketplace expansion.
The Person
You possess high emotional intelligence, the kind that enables honest, productive conversations when they matter most.
You think in systems, manage accounts like a portfolio rather than a task list, and solve problems before they become issues. You communicate with clarity, ask the right questions, and hold yourself to exceptionally high standards.
What Success Looks Like
Proactively identifying performance issues and presenting solutions before clients ask.
Resetting unrealistic expectations with confidence and clarity.
Managing internal execution challenges early and professionally while maintaining client trust.
Compensation & Growth
Base Salary: USD $1,800 - $2,000 per month, based on experience and capability.
Significant growth opportunities as the company scales.
Direct visibility and recognition for strong performance, without layers of management between you and impact.
15 days off.
