Amazon PPC Strategist Specialist

About the Role We are seeking a hands-on PPC Strategist to take full ownership of Amazon Advertising performance for a dedicated account. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Amazon Ads execution experience who is ready to move beyond campaign support and own strategy, optimization, and performance outcomes end-to-end. You will be responsible for managing and scaling Amazon PPC campaigns, driving continuous improvements through data analysis, search-term optimization, bid management, and performance reporting. Responsibilities - Own an Amazon Advertising account end-to-end, managing overall PPC performance and growth. - Develop and execute campaign strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. - Build and optimize campaign structures to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability. - Manage bids, budgets, targeting, and keyword strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). - Conduct ongoing search-term mining and keyword research to identify growth opportunities and eliminate wasted spend. - Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations on a weekly basis. - Prepare and present weekly performance reports, insights, and recommendations. - Monitor advertising trends, competitive activity, and Amazon platform updates. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising strategies with broader business objectives. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in PPC, digital advertising, or performance marketing. - Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns. - Proven ability to optimize campaign performance through bid management, keyword strategy, and search-term analysis. - Experience working with campaign reporting, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage priorities independently and take ownership of results. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Advanced English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications - Experience managing multiple Amazon brands or accounts. - Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and related marketplace analytics. - Experience with PPC reporting and automation tools. - Understanding of e-commerce performance metrics and profitability drivers. What Success Looks Like - Consistent improvement in campaign efficiency and profitability. - Proactive identification of growth opportunities through keyword and search-term analysis. - Accurate, actionable weekly reporting and performance insights. - Strong ownership mentality with the ability to independently manage an Amazon Ads account and drive measurable business results.
