Our client, Upsellon Brands is actively seeking for a full-time remote role an experienced and dynamic Amazon Brand Manager to lead and grow one of their brands, which currently boasts an impressive revenue of USD 6-7M annually. As the Brand Manager, you'll be the custodian of the brand's vision, driving its profitability, growth, and overall success.

- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the annual budget for the brand, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize returns.
- Product Development: Ideate, develop, and launch new products for the brand, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and uphold the brand's reputation.
- Team Leadership: Oversee account managers, ensuring they align with the brand's goals and deliver on key metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to determine media budgets and PPC KPIs. Collaborate with the VP of Logistics to manage inventory effectively. Engage with our Art Director to ensure consistent and captivating brand visuals.
- Profitability Oversight: Own the profitability of the brand, constantly seeking ways to enhance margins while adhering to the set budget. Manage the brand as a profit center, ensuring optimal financial performance.
- Growth Strategy: Design and execute strategies aimed at expanding the brand's footprint, both in terms of products and market reach.
- Reporting: Present performance reports to senior management, offering insights and data-driven recommendations on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Proven 3 years experience in Amazon PL brand management
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
- Experience in product development and launching.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing and growing teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Solid understanding of Amazon's marketplace, Amazon Algorithm, trends, and customer behaviors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
