Talent & Brand Partnership Manager (Tiktok)

Scope:
Managing a growing TikTok influencer with increasing brand interest

• Working primarily with US-based brands and clients
• Focus on lifestyle, beauty, dance, and food content verticals

Job Highlights

• Hourly Rate: USD 9.19, the equivalent in your local currency
• Paid Hours per Week: 40
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour unpaid break (US Timezone)
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities:

• Field and manage incoming brand partnerships and PR inquiries
• Negotiate brand deals and sponsorship agreements on behalf of the client
• Provide strategic guidance on developing the client's artistry and content direction
• Handle communications with brands, clients, and potential business partners
• Create and implement professional development plans for career growth
• Protect and enhance the client's brand image through professional business management
• Set up meetings and calls with potential partners via Zoom or other platforms
• Develop strategies to maximize monetization opportunities from the client's growing platform

Requirements:

• Previous experience in talent management or artist representation
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and social media savviness
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with sponsorships, endorsements, and brand partnerships
• Ability to work during US time zones
• Understanding of the influencer and content creator industry
• Professional demeanor when representing talent to brands and partners
