SaaS Affiliate Marketing Manager
Job Description
Position overview
saas.group was founded in 2017 with a simple goal in mind: to help promising, profitable companies reach their full potential. We are an international remote team with colleagues in over 20 countries around the world. Our portfolio currently consists of 11 well-known startups (pipelinecrm.com, sniply.io, juicer.io, prerender.io, deploybot.com, git-tower.com, rewardful.com, seobility.net, myworks.software) and is continuously growing.
This role is for our central marketing team that supports our portfolio companies with all things marketing and growth. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work with multiple multi-million dollar products across various industries at the same time.
We are looking for a passionate and curious candidate with a high affinity for affiliate marketing to support our ventures with all sorts of affiliate and partner marketing related projects. These can vary from setting up the affiliate tracking infrastructure, sourcing new affiliates and partners and managing the relationships with existing affiliates and partners. You’ll be working closely with our growing central marketing team, freelancer as well as the various product teams. You will receive guidance from our Brand CMOs and act at the interaction point between the growing group organization and the scaling saas ventures. However, you are expected to take full ownership of projects and successfully complete them on your own. We value curiosity, smartness and the willingness to learn. Nevertheless, having 2-3 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing or with saas businesses is a plus.
Company information
saas.group was started in 2017 by a group of experienced serial-entrepreneurs. We looked at what made private equity firms and other common routes so maddening, and worked backward, simplifying every step. The result has been founders and teams who are happy with the process and relieved to see their saas business in a great home for the long term. Sounds great, right? Let’s make it even better! 🙌
Your responsibilities
- Setting up new affiliate & partner programs: Some of our companies haven’t tapped into the opportunities of an affiliate or partner program yet. You would be responsible to set these programs up and get them running to acquire a relevant stream of new customers.
- Sourcing new affiliates and partners: You will be responsible to attract new affiliates, first of all from our existing customer base, but also by coming up with a smart strategy to attract industry experts and other affiliates.
- Generating relevant partner content: Our affiliate partners can only be successful if we provide them with relevant content for our software solutions. Therefore, you define what content and material is needed to become a successful affiliate in our network. You organize and execute the delivery of landing pages, case studies and other relevant content.
- Tracking & Analysis: While you don’t have to be an expert in data analysis you will need to be on top of the numbers and financials at any time and also make sure our affiliates stick to the rules, which you will help to define and to monitor.
- Supporting saas.group’s affiliate technology brands: Most of our brands use Rewardful, one of our portfolio brands, to run their affiliate program, so will you. This brings you into the unique position to deliver relevant product development advice for Rewardful and to create case studies to further scale Rewardful’s business.

- You are a fast learner with a high level of initiative and great analytical skills.
- You have experience (or the willingness to learn) working with our marketing tech stack incl. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Hotjar, Wordpress/Elementor, Rewardful and similiar affiliate platforms, Customer.io, Mailjet, Mailchimp, etc.
