Director of Brand Management

RPGECOM, a leading Amazon marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Director of Brand Management to oversee our Brand Management Team. The role demands a seasoned professional who excels in strategizing and executing brand management for Amazon Private Label accounts.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing Amazon Private Label accounts.
• Deep understanding of the Amazon platform.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools like Helium 10, Keepa, DataDive, JS, etc.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills for effective marketing strategies.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong sense of responsibility and confidence in decision-making.
• Proactive approach with a goal-oriented mindset, eager to implement new ideas.
• Attention to details, problem solving abilities and multitasking skills.
• Attentive customer service orientation. Responsibilities:
• Oversee the Brand Management Team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to perform effectively (team of 5-8 experts)
• Maintain high levels of communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve operational problems as they arise.
• Monitor key performance indicators to spot trends and areas for improvement.
• Analyzing potential clients and partnerships, their brands, and activity.
• Executing monthly, quarterly, and annual zoom reports to clients.
• Executing monthly, quarterly, and annual zoom reports on the company level.
• Collaborate with teams across the company for smooth communication and coordination.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant policies, laws, and regulations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and continually seek ways to improve the business.
• Play a substantial role as a senior manager on the company level, being a team player and participating in everyday agency life decision-making and processes.
