Digital Content Manager

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management and smooth operation of assigned digital projects
  • Delegation of tasks within the project team and freelancers, supervision of correctness and quality, conducting project team statuses, problem-solving
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinating with clients' teams and reporting on project status
  • Constant learning and skills improvement
  • Research, audits, competition analysis, recommendation of changes
  • Create a friendly and exciting workplace
  • Sharing experience and knowledge
  • Providing feedback to the team Supervisor regarding the performance of the project team, budget planning

Requirements

  • Experience in working with clients for at least 2 years - Pro-client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skills, ability to handle/solve difficult situations
  • Project Management / Coordination experience - at least 1 year
  • Digital experience of at least 1 year (content creation and production it's a must-have)
  • Strong understanding of the eCommerce sector and trends
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High sense of responsibility and business maturity
  • Knowledge of Excel (intermediate level)
  • Assertiveness and courage in presenting ideas and recommendations of changes
  • Advanced English level
