Our client, a well-established multinational multi-brand D2C e-commerce company operating in the USA selling electronic devices is looking for a Customer Support Agent for a full-time remote job.
We offer schedule that provides a perfect work/life balance and ability to recharge after working mandatory night shifts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Corresponding with customers via phone, email or chat in accordance with company’s procedures
- Investigate & resolve customer complaints, resolution of complex incidents
- Reporting customer feedback
- Outbound contacts with customers
- Working shifts during night hours
