Client Relations Marketing Manager (Influencers team)

Hi there! We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product – a platform for digital marketers. And this is our Client Relations Marketing Manager role for marketing campaign gurus.

Tasks in the role

As a Client Relations Marketing Manager, you will act and be a part of our small in-house agency that supports multiple Semrush projects and campaigns across the whole marketing team. You will be responsible for building trust with top Semrush clients and digital marketing leaders and finding new creative partnerships that align with our company’s mission and goals to support various campaigns and launches.

  • Build relationships with top Semrush clients.
  • Responsible for managing end-to-end collaborations and communications with clients and industry-related influencers.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with digital marketing leaders whilst ensuring continued research into new potential co-creative partnership opportunities.
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users.
  • Be the main point of contact for internal marketing teams to create and coordinate influencer/client marketing campaigns/strategies to support successful metrics across different channels.
  • Manage, track, and analyze multiple projects’ progress and, when necessary, adapt scope and timelines to ensure that it’s aligned with required goal settings.

Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a strong decision-maker with excellent prioritization skills, an advanced English level, and 5+ years of experience in:

  • Developing marketing strategy and communication plans.
  • Campaign and project management; marketing campaign executions (Global, US, Europe).
  • Marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Have experience in B2B/Saas influencer marketing.
