The Role (Remote)
- Build and maintain exceptional relationships with customers, serving as the lead point of contact
- Proactively identify customer needs / pain points and create customer account growth plans
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to drive sales
- Schedule and lead quarterly business reviews with customers with the goal of cross-selling and upselling customers products that meet their needs
- Coordinate with customer support, on-boarding and other customer success functions to ensure customers are set up for success in using Carbon6’s tools
- Ensure customers are happy and satisfied with Carbon6 and drive high product renewals
- If necessary, identify prospective customers, drive lead generation and acquire new customers
- Communicate customer product pain points to appropriate departments, including customer success, product and marketing, so as to support continuous improvement in Carbon6’s business

What You Bring:
- Must be able to communicate effectively and persuasively to a high volume of people throughout the workday
- Ability to follow a proven sales process
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-task, high volume environment
- A hunger to learn and to help us grow
- 2+ years of B2B/Tech sales experience and understands what it takes to succeed in sales
- Experience generating their own leads and cultivating prospects
- Be tech savvy and can identify and speak to the specific needs of our prospects regarding their needs
- Experience managing leads within a CRM
