About the Role:
We are looking for a charismatic, detail-oriented Product Testing Manager to join our team in Miami! In this role, you'll be the face of our beauty innovation space - an elegant, high-end corner dedicated to trying the latest beauty products before they hit the market.

As our Product Testing Lead, your mission will be to connect with real people, invite them to experience our products firsthand, and collect their honest feedback through guided questions. What You'll Do:

• Recruit and engage participants to test a range of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products onsite

• Collect and organize responses, ensuring accurate and complete data entry
