Amazon PPC Manager

We are a small family owned garden tool company specializing in higher end 'gifty' tools, and we are looking for an Amazon PPC expert to actively manage our advertising spend with Amazon to reduce ACOS and improve TACOS.  Candidate should already have extensive experience with Amazon PPC.  This could grow in Google AdWords, Facebook and other advertising spend as well, but the initial focus is Amazon.  We are a small company with a dozen products so this is part-time position.  We currently have a PPC methodology, we expect you to be the expert and we welcome your expertise, tools, and methodology.
