E-Commerce Growth Marketing Manager

Our client, a well-established multinational multi-brand D2C e-commerce company operating in the USA selling electronic devices is looking for an experienced professional to fill an immediate opening for an E-commerce Marketing Growth Manager for a full-time remote job.

You will be leading the vision to grow the best-in-class Shopify stores, working cross-functionally to generate maximum sales from our website and ensure the KPIs are tightly aligned with marketing objectives.

Your Tasks Will Include:
- manage the end-to-end marketing channels including strategy, planning, execution, budgeting, analysis and optimization
- you will lead the continuous development and improvement of D2C websites
- oversee campaign performance reporting, distilling successes, failures, trends, and opportunities and communicating results to key stakeholders
- partner with the creative team to make sure all performance marketing creative assets are built in a data-driven approach
- provide project management support to ensure deadlines are met
- manage 3rd party technology partners (web developers, payment providers, etc.) to ensure all websites are operational, and continually optimized. Create and build new relationships with external partners
- design, implement and analyze A/B split tests across all channels (offer, creative and CRO)
- lead and implement web-advertising strategies (Facebook, Google Adwords, etc)
- efficiently lead a team as well as work together with cross functional teams
- develop best practices, SOPs and manage the changes of our continuously growing product catalog, evaluating the impact of online activity and ensuring that the online content is always up-to-date, timely and relevant, involving data stakeholders
- ensure that the product catalog is properly maintained, and that approved changes are promptly and correctly reflected on the site, including images, product descriptions, pricing, promotions, product tree, etc.

- you enjoy coming up with new ideas and can easily explain your rationale in a business sense (experience in making business cases)

Qualifications & Experience: 
- proven Experience in e-Commerce/Site Management
- 5+ years of marketing experience in an entrepreneurial environment with a proven track record of growing D2C business on the US market
- 3+ years of proven experience using Shopify platform (implementation, managing, developing)
- all around experience and understanding of e-commerce systems and online marketplace processes
- in depth expert knowledge of all aspects of online merchandising which includes SEO and optimizing product listings
- substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV)
- work experience with consumer goods
- expert level of Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads
- experience of planning, negotiating and launching direct media buys
- confident knowledge of Google Analytics
- strong quantitative & reasoning skills. Ability to use data to draw conclusions and optimize campaign performance is in our company DNA
- experience managing additional digital channels preferred (YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- strong understanding of testing approaches including A/B and incrementality tests. We have a full marketing and creative team to assist in this area but you own it
- some experience in the operations, technology and logistics aspects of managing an e-commerce business
